WHY THIS INITIATIVE
We at MKM Legal, having served for years in the Realty Sector could find that ONE COMMON reason for grief of our clients – which is “selection of a wrong property”. Wherein some clients are already fighting cases before RERA, Trial Courts or even at the highest possible level of the Appellate Courts and some have got stuck with the wrong sellers/Developers, wherein their funds are stuck with no delivery of the property or the property itself is at default with buffer zones/ water body encroachments, pending court cases which was not revealed etc…
For years now, we have been coming across requests from our beloved clients, wherein we refer them a genuine property with specifications like legally sound, with no buffers, no government land encroachments, no litigation, honest sellers, value for money properties.
Finally we have come up with this initiative wherein our own team works on procuring genuine properties with the above said specifications.
BACKGROUND

The risk factor in these outskirts is comparatively higher when compared to the costlier properties developed by the reputed Developers in the City.
